If your Jyve account has been deactivated for a lack of activity on the platform, you may request reactivation by going to jyve.com/support and clicking "Submit a Request" on the top right corner of the page.
- Under How can we help? select "I am a Jyver or want to become one".
- Then when asked, What best describes the issue you are contacting us about? select "New Jyver Onboarding" then "Reactivation".
Once we receive your request, we will review your request with a Field Representative and will update you accordingly.
