If your Jyve account has been deactivated for a lack of activity on the platform, you may request reactivation by going to jyve.com/support and clicking "Submit a Request" on the top right corner of the page.
- Under How can we help? select "I am a Jyver or want to become one".
- Then when asked, What best describes the issue you are contacting us about? select "New Jyver Onboarding" then "Reactivation".
Once we receive your request, we will review your request with the Market Manager in your area for approval and will update you accordingly.
