To contact Support to submit an issue, please go to My Profile in the Jyve App and tap “Get Help”. From there, you can tap “Contact Us”. You can also reach us by submitting a Support Request (the link is also at the top of every page in the Support Center).
You help us by telling us exactly what we can help you with, and we help you by making sure that your question gets routed to the person who can best respond to you quickly! If you have any screenshots or photos of the issue, please include those as attachments in the ticket.
During business hours (Monday-Friday, 3am-9pm Pacific time and Saturday-Sunday, 3am-6pm Pacific time) we typically respond to all requests within 4 hours or less.
